So I've gotten this approved by JuiCe and I think it's a damn good idea if I do say so myself.
So after seeing our last two practices, the skills of the people there and the level of activity from the people there I see some real potential in this clan to be at Cal league level.
Now all of us come from TCAA servers, so we know how hard TCAA is to get in to. Only accepting 7% of applicants. And they get close to a thousand a year. Why? Because they are a small clan of very organized, very active, good players.
They don't let just anyone in.
So my idea is to drop every last aK member besides the 6 people who've attended the last 2 practices and Recon and start a new slate.
Anyone who wants to get into our clan has to fill out an official clan application(I can make a better on than the one we have if you guys want), and every leader/co-leader votes on the person. If the votes aren't unanimous then Juice and Boost pick someone to test them(maybe we should make it an official job ex. Recruitment Tester or something) and the person who tests them decides if they are in or not.
And I don't think we should have more than 10-15 members tops.

That's a very good idea. I like it too:)
But does this means i won't be a clan member anymore?
Sry because i can't attend practices but I have a lot of work at my college so I don't have much free time 
I won't mind if u guys say i'm not good for this clan. |

| Everyone except Recon and the 6 people who participated in the last 2 scrims we've had will be removed from the clan. Then, we'll start recruiting other people with a series of 1v1 scrims to see if they can join. |
